Island Park, Idaho
This beautiful winter scene was captivating. Cozy snow-capped cabins were nestled along the banks of Henry's Fork river, just a stone's throw from Yellowstone National Park. Clear blue water flowed between thick white carpets of freshly fallen snow. Migrating ducks and geese swam without a care in the beautiful chilly river. Stately evergreens flocked with snow resembled the set of many a memorable winter movie. In the distance tree covered mountains blanketed in white rose to touch the clouds above, and all under a clear blue western sky. I couldn't help capturing this magical moment in time, so others would know a place like this actually does exist!
