In 1888 when the Hotel Del was opened the idea of color photography was simply that, an idea. Now more than a century later the nostalgia of those days returns at times making a black and white image of this historic landmark seem appealing. As if taking a step back in time the ghostly spirit of Kate Morgan seems to live again in the vintage feel of Old School Del.
