OB Morning
It's not common to have clear skies at the beach with a full moon setting at the same time. When it happens it's time to take a drive. At 3am I headed towards the coast and scouted locations from La Jolla south. Settling on Ocean Beach with its famed Cafe restaurant on the pier, where I'd eaten breakfast more than once, I set up an hour early to wait for this moment. A couple of other folks showed up as well and we were all able to photograph and enjoy this amazing scene.- Dan McGeorge
