Winter's Surprise
Big Bear, California
Turning a corner onto one of the main streets of Big Bear Village I came upon a wonderful scene. Christmas trees which lined the street were brightly decorated in beautiful blue lights. Adding to their beauty in the cold of night was a thick coating of new snow, still falling, which enshrouded the trees and reflected and magnified the glowing bulbs. It was a breathtaking scene I just had to stop to photograph. It will make a wonderful addition to the Christmas Card Collection! -Dan McGeorge
