Nanxun Night
Nanxun, China
The ancient city of Nanxun is known for its simplicity, charm, and gently flowing canals. As evening settled in, the dramatic reflections of this quiet little community captured my imagination. All along these walkways I had encountered villagers in the afternoon busily about their daily tasks, cooking, cleaning, working. Preparing to leave at twilight I looked back one last time to this beautifully peaceful scene and stopped one last time to capture it. - Dan McGeorge
