Paddleboarders
Coronado, California
Dramatic skies and beautiful light at sunset can create some pretty spectacular moments. Here the familiar stand of Coronado rocks were still softly lit by the fading light as rushing waves from an incoming surf swept against them leaving behind trails of motion and beauty. The wet shoes I got during this work were of no consequence when compared to such a thrilling scene. Then, as if to frost the cake, four paddleboarders entered the frame just beyond the surf line. What a wonderful addition to an already perfect story. -Dan McGeorge
